He also had a longbow and arrows, a waterproof cape, and a wooden backpack. He sounds cool! His stomach was mostly full of grain, so he lived in an agricultural society.

There were really just separate groups that were celebrating soldiers for various reasons. One of the most prominent contributors to the modern day Memorial Day seems to be General John A. Logan, who called for a “Decoration Day”. As feminine as that sounds, the flowers were going on the graves of fallen soldiers. He specifically chose May 30th for the date, as that was not the day of any significant battle. That was well over a hundred years ago, but the holiday hasn’t evolved that much, all things considered.
Side note: That was initially supposed to be a flag hat on Chinny’s head. It instead looks like it’s coming from within his head. I kept it because it looked like his only thought was “America!”
Ha! Made it through without making any obvious jokes! It’s a miracle!! Er… Shoot.
One thing about miraculin is that it is changing the sweet receptors, so things that originally tasted sweet don’t quite taste the same. I haven’t had any miracle berries yet, but they sound awesome.
Gotta catch ‘em all, before you hit the bottom…
Niagara falls can consider itself pretty well one-upped.
The deal with vitamin A is that it’s fat-soluble, meaning that you can overdo your vitamin A intake, which leads to other problems. This could be anything from drowsiness to blurred or double vision, nausea, or fatigue. Those were logical “or”‘s.
The deal with the Richter scale is it uses calculations to figure out how big “seismic waves” are. There’s another scale called the Modified Mercalli Scale, which determines the effects on people. It’s pretty much a way of describing the effects of an earthquake with as few words as possible, because “an X on the Modified Mercalli Scale” is sooo much easier than “da’guum! That there was a big’un!”
Also, it’s not like it caps out at 8. In 1960, a 9.5 magnitude earthquake hit Chili, for example.
This fact was discovered by an ancient historian named Herodotus, who lived in Egypt.
Silly Chinny. Egyptian robots with laser beams are for video games. …Every video game.
The mummification process takes more than two months to do, with all the drying required. Plus, if a pyramid is built, it becomes a matter of years. Those are for Pharaohs and, evidently, Chinchillas, though.
Egyptians began ritualistically burying their dead around 4000 BC.
Maybe Chinny was just going the scientific route and seeing if the iron was hot every time he touched it.
Realistically, Chinny would need a visit to the doctor if his memory was really that bad.
There are a lot of factors with memory. There are also some medications that affect memory. A lot of diseases affect it too, as well as depression and anxiety. Exercise is really considered to be something that can help memory, but it does seem like lack of exercise is detrimental to memory too.
