The Ancient Romans had a lot of strange beliefs, but I guess they were pretty successful for a while. I really wonder how they came up with that though… What led them to believe that animal excrement of any kind would have healing properties? The stuff the animal expended as waste. I suppose there are other instances of poop being used for things, though. Cow poop especially. True story. Aren’t people… Fascinating?

Caffeine does also constrict blood vessels, which is good and bad. That actually is why it helps resolve certain headaches. Of course, other headaches it may be resolving are caffeine addiction headaches, so…
The chemical formula for caffeine is C8H10N4O2. I’ve seen a few reasons for why you shouldn’t have caffeine if you’re wanting to sing well, but the most consistent is that it causes dryness that results in scratchiness.

8.625 24 hours
4.3125 30 hours
2.15625 36 hours
1.078125 42 hours
0.5390625 48 hours to get to under a mg of caffeine

When a stroke is happening, the procedure is just calling 911/getting them to a hospital.
On top of the numbness and tingling (especially on one side), trouble walking/balancing, and trouble speaking, there also may be vision changes, confusion, or headaches.
Chewing on willow bark does work. I remember this from scouts, a while back. That’s one less thing to worry about when you’re lost in the woods! …Assuming there’s willow.
