“Nonsems” and “ambliance” were written like that on purpose.
When a stroke is happening, the procedure is just calling 911/getting them to a hospital.
On top of the numbness and tingling (especially on one side), trouble walking/balancing, and trouble speaking, there also may be vision changes, confusion, or headaches.
